RNE : How to submit financial statements online ?

How can one submit the required documents online to the RNE (National Business Register), and what are the necessary documents ?

The required documents are :

  • Annual financial statements
  • Updated list of shareholders
  • Minutes of the Ordinary General Meeting (AGO)
  • Auditor's report
  • Management report.

Many companies and professionals have faced difficulties in completing the process due to a specific online verification procedure.

Additionally, online payment is not yet available. Taxpayers can submit their documents online, obtain a provisional receipt, but must visit the RNE counters to make payment and validate their provisional receipt.

The RNE provides a guide to assist businesses and professionals in submitting their financial statements and other documents online.

It is important to note that failure to submit financial statements is penalized with a fine of 50% of the tax due (50 TND) per month. For example, this equates to a penalty of 25 TND per month of delay starting from July 31 of each year. The minutes of meetings must be submitted within one month of their realization.
